I recommend taking a screenshot of the pattern or printing it out and then drawing the segments into the pattern. A segment is always the longest diagonal possible that consists of just one colour without any bf or fb knots interrupting (fb and bf knots can be at the end of each diagonal though). After you have drawn in your segments, you can figure out their order by checking if you can knot the segment without skipping any knots of other segments. A while ago I wrote a tutorial on segment knotting https://www.braceletbook.com/tutorials/97_how-to-segment-knot/ MashaKnots also has a video on segment knotting that I think is really good I recommend you check out the tutorial or the video and try to figure it out. If you can't figure it out, I can write down the segments and their order later, but I got to eat dinner now 🙂 |
