Hi BB! I was wondering if someone would be willing to make a video or tutorial about how to make a shaped bracelet? I’ve seen tutorials and videos about how to make individual shaped patterns but I’ve never seen something about how to make one that doesn’t have a video or tutorial made already. I’d really like to learn and appreciate any help I can get!Thanks!! @KuteKat |

Also I don’t mean a pattern like #98990 I mean one like #101842 where the shaped part is in the middle of the pattern. Sorry I didn’t specify before.

In general, all shaped patterns work like triangle ends. You just treat each edge the same way, you would treat an edge of a triangle end.For the pattern you mentioned, you can only do that for the diamond hole in the middle. For the chevron shaped holes you have to leave loose strings, because you structurally can't use the other technique there. To leave loose strings, you just leave out the knots and not try to pull too hard when making knots after the left out ones. |

There is another technique where you just pull the knots flush. It can be used to make bobbles on bracelets and such. I will make a video of how to identify patterns that will work with that method and then demonstrate it. I'll post here when it's done ^^
