is there anyway to take a alpha pattern and make it to a normal pattern with the string layout and knot . please pet me know i have a few patterns would love to do but there alpha and i am not good with themthanks |

I don't know of any way, but I just started my first alpha and it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. Try one with 2 or 3 colors before you jump into one with 10 colors.

The back isn't supposed to look good, just saying. (Especially when you get to bracelets with more colors). Some alphas can be made into normal patterns, but not all of them can.

@AngelLove i thought alpha patterns were going to be really hard but then i started making them and now i lovee them! just try to make the knots especially the one that is making the picture really tight but not too tight!!!! hope that helps!:[:[:[

look at the alpha tutorials for some hints on how to set it up... the number of squares where you start the pattern is the number of strings that you need to cut, and then you add one to be in the main background...hope this helps!🙂
