If yuo use a clipboard to make bracelets, i know a trick. you put felt on the clipboard to keep the strings in place.🙂😉😄😛:[😴

I make a clipboard using this yellow placemat thing (you can see it in some of my photos) and a desk lamp. It's actually pretty good cuz it has the light and everything, and even little places to put stuff like unfinished bracelets.🙂

I make my clipboard with cardboard and tape scissors possibly a few slits in it to make your rope to Do (In store):[

what i did was i got a padded laptop desk from walmart for $5 and then use clips for the strings and the pattern. this way i have everything right on my lap. it works great! i would post a pic but i guess you cant do that in here

I don't use felt.Maybe because I tie with a clipping board for 6 years already, that I get use to it.

Hmm... I've never attempted to use a clipboard when tying, I always just use a safety pin to well, everything lol maybe I'll give it a try though

I don't really like using a clipboard. I can't hold it in place so I always use a safety pin. I might try using a clipboard with felt. Thanks for the tip!

I like to use a binder-clip and then clip it onto a clipboard, back pack, etc

I always put a safety pin through the buckle then tape the safety pin to the table. Works well for me.

I agree with gymnast21, smaller clipboards have a tighter clamp and hold strings better.
