I’m making an alpha and realized how long the pattern is when it was too late. If I continued going I wouldn’t have any room for ties at the end. Is there any way to add more base strings or something? If I cannot fix all that’s ok, one base string is extremely short so I would be content with being able to fix atleast that one.

You can do a few things. 1- you can buy a clasp 2- you can tie the original base string to another piece of string

3- you can use some strong quick dry glue and glue them together without tying any knots. @mmadrazo15

What I would do is to tape a new base string onto the back (for the time being) and just carefully knot onto that one until it’s fully in the pattern. Then it should be solid enough after a few rows, and you can just remove the other one

Maha Knots does have a video. You can tape the string near your bracelet and add it into the bracelet. Hope this helps ❤️
