1. Try not to mix string too much. Not much of an issue with normals unless it’s really drastic but can be totally detrimental to an alpha pattern. 2. Fancy techniques will only get you so far. Practice until you’re blue in the face! Lol 3. Everyone knots slightly different so don’t get discouraged if something one person does doesn’t work for you. 4. Get straighter lines by starting against something straight- a piece of tape, a ruler, a binder clip etc.

2. keep string from your normal bracelets. you can use them for many different things like rag rug bracelets and alphas

If you are using metallic string tie a knot at the end of the string so the string doesn’t fray. Use the same size string for alphas. Don’t use colors that are too similar in bracelets. Don’t make loops for giant alphas. You can find tips and tricks videos on YouTube btw
