If the knot at the beginning of your bracelet is off-center most of the time, lay the strings in order on a piece of scotch tape with no room in between. Tape your bracelet to a table and begin it. Once finished or at a comfortable stopping point (at least 10 knots in), take the tape off the bracelet and then tie the beginning knot. |

If the strings are not laying flat or are not anchored well maybe do a triangle start to position the strings in the correct space . |

I want to start my bracelet off with a loop but I don’t have an even amount of colors. Should i just make a loop and cut the strings that there are only one of? Please leave suggestions |

@lucyleach i suppose you can do that but there is an actual technique to make a loop with an uneven amount of colors that masha knots made a tutorial on. it’s quite a difficult and tedious process but it is definitely doable and it looks very nice when finished! |
