twisted vs. untwisted (?) floss (idk what the names are sorry)

i’m wondering what are your personal preferences and also an objective analysis of the embroidery floss that is twisted (like the cheaper ones that come in big packs) and the untwisted floss (like most DMC colors, the strands are separated). i have some trouble with the untwisted sometimes where colors pop through, but not as much with the twisted. idk i just want to know what string i should use for my next bracelet 😭

I personally use DMC because of its color selection (and its most available in my region) tho I have used twisted I find DMC to have a neater look when used within bracelets but that’s just a personal preference.

I also prefer dmc because it ties neater. I recently made a bracelet with cheap embroidery floss and it looked wonky and not straight.
