I know how to read the regular patterns but IDK how to read the alpha patterns and how to set up the strings for the alpha patterns. Can you help me please?

I would recommend watching MashaKnots' video on the flat alpha technique. It is a great introduction to alphas.

I would watch some videos (https://youtu.be/_YVFAX9sacw?si=8hZimVjMb59Ir0J3 - this one by Masha Knots is how I learned!) and take your time!! Alphas can be a real pain especially when you're first starting off, so try not to get frustrated โค๏ธ you got this!
