I highly recommend any pattern that uses no more than 12 base strings, and 2 colours to start off with.
So patterns like:
#31115
#27305
#27499
#27159
#27155
If none of those appeal to you, you could search for patterns using the filters with what I suggested and see if anything you like does come up. If you need any more help, I'd be happy to help you. 🙂

Its usually best to start with an alpha that has only 2 colors, some of these patterns are: #28430 #26653 #25174 #20682. If you are finished with something small like these, its best to move on to 3 colored alphas, but if your really confident before you start, you could try one of these as well: #27649 #28609 #26600 #19633. Once you start to find your style and your happy with the way your alphas look, I recommend to then move on to bigger things. Remember, practice makes progress! 🙂

My first alpha was #24001 but I wouldn’t recommend starting with that one 😂 it’s not super easy. #15234, #26632, and #25153, are simple, and once you get the hang of it a bit more, #27649 and #26282 are good ones. 😊
