Attaching Wall Hangings

Hi! I just made a wall hanging and I want to add the string that attaches to the wooden dowel on both sides so that it can hang on the wall but I don’t know how to. Do I just tie it randomly or is there like a specific way? I saw a video from Kinsey B but I kind of just want one string hanging over and not really like a fishtail or braid. If anyone knows a good tutorial online or an explanation if you could please let me know tysm!! |

I think the one by KnotLikeTheOthers should help u. If you’ve already finished the wall hanging, take the hanging strings from each end that you will not be using and glue it with some fabric glue or whatever glue u use and glue it to the back.
