Any way to put string on bobbins without making a mess?

I’m trying to put some new skeins of thread on bobbins, and when I take off the skein wrappers it ends up in a knotted mess. Any tips to help with this?

For some, you can just pull on one end even if the string wrapper is on and it won't tangle like that.If this doesn't work, carefully remove the wrapper, put one hand through the string loop and then carefully wind it on a bobbin. |

Thanks @halokiwi! I think I’ve tried the 2nd one and it kinda worked, and I always pull the wrong end of the skein 🤦♀️ and it makes even more of a mess! I’ll try again though
