Taking on and off friendship bracelets with a loop

I really like wearing all of my creations but they are all tied onto my wrist and I can't take them off. I've seen Kinsey B's tutorial on how to make adjustable bracelets on youtube, but all of my bracelets have a loop so I am unable to make them adjustable. I was wondering how you guys take your bracelets on and off easily.

If you cut extra string at put it through the loop and make a twisted tie with it then you have two ties and you can make it adjustable

I either tie my bracelets around my wrist in a way that I can easily untie the ties or I tie them just tight enough so they don't slip from my wrist by accident, but so that I can slip them from my wrist with some effort. This way I don't have to untie and retie them all the time.
