i have a LOT of bracelets to make before Xmas (around 10)
i need to knot a bracelet a day 😭 how do I do this?

For normal patterns segment-knotting is faster than knotting row-by-row. If the segments are difficult to remember, it helps to draw your segments into the pattern. You can work with a screenshot or print the pattern out.

I don't have any advice for alphas, but normals I generally faster to knot than alphas, so I'd recommend normal patterns.

I have noticed that some patterns that do not segment knot well or just take too long. Sometimes I will follow patterns in chevron formations.

For alpha patterns, there's a special technique i use often. When you go to make a knot, start it as normal, but instead of pulling the color string all the way through, pull the base string through and then pull on the base string so the knot flips correctly. Since the base string is almost always a lot shorter, it saves time.

I'm not sure if i explained that clearly, so if there's any confusion, please tell me and i will clarify.
