Is there anyway that I could make a double sided alpha keychain using a d-ring hook?

YesI think you have two options - knot the complete keychain without the keyring, fold it around the keyring and sew it together so it stays in place - attach your base strings to the d ring using larks head knots, use double the amount of base strings needed so you have enough for both sides, knot both halfes individually |
