I tend to have one main pattern and possibly a simpler one at the same time, but I think I’m always planning the next in my head.

i usually have 10+ options going at once so if/when i get sick of one i can just switch to another instead of not knotting

I usually work on 2-3 patterns at once especially if one’s a larger alpha so that way I have something else to do instead of just focusing on the one project.

I start them then forgot about them because they aren’t in my box of embroidery floss then remember when my mother finds them

I will work on one at a time, the only exception is if i am making one just for myself but then offer to make one for a friend, i will finish the one for them first

I start a two to four bracelets, but usually work on one to two at a time. I’d intentionally include one that is either easy to do without consulting a pattern and/or that I won’t get lost in the pattern no matter where I stop (aka a pattern that is easy to pick up on wherever you are in the pattern) in the mix to have on hand for knotting when I need to have something to occupy my hands while I’m a captive audience of something else.
