Happy Shabbat ~~

So I'm just about finished with my alpha bracelet and I noticed my edges are not that straight due to some color switching around the edges. Is there any way I can make them straighter now? Thanks so much ❤️

I don't think you can do much once you are finished knotting, but you could try pressing the bracelet flat with a heavy book or something like that

In general for straight edges, the straight edges technique is useful. You just replace both the first and the last knot of each row with bf knots on the left and fb knots on the right.

If you are using the flat alpha technique like MashaKnots describes in her video on the flat alpha technique, you have to do a regular colour switch if there is a colour switch instead. But you can also adjust the flat alpha technique and put the new leading string through the last knot of the old colour instead of putting the previous leading string through the first knot of the new colour. This way you can always make each knot more connected. Idk if that makes sense.
