I love how neck pains is written so beautifully lol try having whatever is holding the bracelet to be head level, like try a standing desk!

For me I get neck pains when I have to look down for a long period of time. To prevent this here are the two things I would suggest! 1- make it so you arenโt looking down so far. 2- take a break every 10-15 minutes ( maybe that long maybe not!) and make circles with your head sit hat you are changing the position of your neck. Hope this helps!

I lean on a pillow and then have my bracelet on a clipboard leaning on my knees so that the bracelet is aligned with my head and I donโt have to look down for a long period of time.

I use a clipboard and I try and put it on my thighs as much as possible when I'm seated upright like on my bed for example so I'm looking straight ahead instead of looking down.

I hope you understand me, I use a translator. I have a homemade clipboard, it's longer than normal, so I can sit in front of a table or desk and rest the top on it, while the base is in my lap. You can do this with a piece of thin wood, 0.5 or 0.7 cm. Mine is 42 cm long and 23 wide. You can vary the measurements to your liking, and then I use the typical clips or tweezers to hold the threads. I hope I have explained myself clearly es
