some of the larger patterns I have been doing have started curling a lot. is there a way to make them flatter without having to iron them?

Making your knots looser would probably help

When my bracelets curl, I like to put them in a big book for a couple of days and that usually flattens them at least for a while.

you can experiment with knot tension, use higher quality strings

They might be curling because the leading strings at the back are pulling from one end of the bracelet to the other, causing it to curl up 😊

you could put it under something heavy after it’s done, like a large book or something!

I either put a heavy book on top or pinch and pull gently on it

Put it in a flower press or under a few big heavy books :]
