So, I had this problem that I gifted a friend a bracelet but she uses it while she takes baths so the bracelet just broke after three days, I was thinking that if I wax the bracelets maybe it lasts longer?? I dont know if is a good idea, any of you all tried it??Sorry for the broke english 😭 |

I swim and regularly wear bracelets while doing so. None have ever completely disintegrated and I also have not heard anything similar from anyone.I think making the strings water resistant by putting wax on it or that spray you get for shoes might help, but I think the issue might be with the quality of the strings you used. |

I wear my puravida bracelets in water a lot maybe though if you can't find asolution tell your friend to take the bracelets off, they don't need to stay on if they continually cause a problem

I wonder if I have the same problem because I have a friend a bracelet and it is starting to wear out.

the amount of strings in a pattern can also affect how fast it breaks. for me thinner, loosely knotted bracelets fall apart faster then thicker tighter knotted ones
