Yes, you can do that. I can think of two possible methods.For method one you will have to make both sides individually and then attach them to each other so they are "back to back" and you have two fronts visible like in this keychain tutorial by MashaKnots: https://youtu.be/KciljDh-1Ko You can also use the clean back alpha technique. In this case you will have the same pattern on both sides but the knotting structures will look a bit different on the back.
