Hey guys! I want to make a shoulder bag strap with a thicker type of string I have (about 3mm in diameter) and wanted to know if you guys ever tried something like this and, if you have, what tips can you give me on calculating the length of the string? Thanks! ❤️

hm. i haven’t tried this but i’m assumin this is gonna be really long. i would say cute maybe like four meters? it might just be easier to keep it on the skien and then knot just like that.

I’m going to attempt something like this for my VB bag cause the strap is ugly. I would just do a wingspans length for each string, so i you can make it twice as long as a normal bracelet. And then add in strings whenever needed! Feel free to give me updates and little bits of info cause I might struggle with this 😂
