Help with knots

My nots look great in the back and they don’t have like one color to start then another color when I finish the knot but when you look at the front of the bracelet you’ll see the other color in between the knot and I need help

Make sure you’re holding the base string very taught as you’re knotting onto it so that the color showing up is the right color

What PuPotato said, if you’re not holding that string tight you can ‘pop’ your knot and it will become the colour of your base string!
