A tip for base strings for alphas!

Hey guys, hope you're doing great! 🙂 I wanted to share something with you that made my work so much easier, idk if you do it already, if so I'm sorry🥺 I started to use waxed threads as base strings for alphas and the results were fantastic! At first the wax is kinda disturbing and sticky but when you keep using them the wax goes away and also my fave part is that the base strings NEVER get tangled. It can be a really useful trick for patterns that require a great number of base strings. Hope this helps, have a great day 😊

@Aspen14 I've done two bookmarks with this method and they turned out pretty amazing 🙂 The base string numbers were 20 and 23 and waxed thread is so much easier to work with. You can look at my pics to see it. Hope it works for you too 🥰
