I've been wondering, how many total rows do you guys usually make for your alphas to fit your wrist? The reason I ask is because I'm making #61893 as a bracelet, and was wondering how many background rows to do on each side.

@Fluffball I would say 70-90 rows. But if you are un-sure maybe make long ends so you can either make your bracelet adjustable or tighten your bracelets. I hope this helps!

I would agree with them. I usually make 70 but I have a small wrist 😅

@CrazyTwinz @danielle_3 Thanks, I too have quite small wrists so I think I'll do around 70!

It depends on how tightly you knot. If you've made alphas before you can put a ruler up to your bracelet and count how many rows fit in an inch and then multiply that for how long you want your bracelet to be. I knot pretty tightly so 17 rows = 1 inch for me and I just base it off of that.

I usually do a couple of centimeters on either side, depending on the pattern, about.
