I'm not sure I understand what you are saying but here are some recommendations for colour switches at the edge in an alpha- you can't use the flat alpha colour switch right at the edge. You need to use the regular colour switch instead. -personally I prefer the straight edges technique because any loose string that I started or ended using at the edge will point to the inside. -if you use the straight edges technique don't forget that you always need to do two bf or fb knots right after each other because you are replacing two knots. Otherwise you'll get an edge that curves and you'll run into problems with your colour switches. |
