Iโm on the road to learn alphas I need to know what the lines of that or on the alphas there the line that move across the the bracelet

The lines going across the bracelet represent the strings being threaded behind the bracelet. Because of the way alphas are made you have to thread string behind the bracelet in order to switch out colors. the lines behind them are basically the threads behind the bracelet that you aren't using. if you look at a photo of the back of an alpha you will see what i mean (: masha knots and kinsey b both have great tutorials on alphas (:
