I also really like to do triangle ends and braids on my alphas! But you can also just leave the ends straight and make the ties, or you can do a loop and ties. I think masha knots has a tutorial for how to do a teardrop loop for alphas.

It’s really a personal preference thing. If it’s a long and skinny alpha (so basically bracelet shaped lol) I like to finish in a triangle end, and then do either twisted, braided, or french braided ties. If it’s more of a keychain-type alpha, I just split the base strings into equal groups tie each group in an overhand knot to make tassels
