single color triangle end for normal bracelets

I am really confused about how you can do one colour triangular end in normal bracelets if you know what I mean. It’s when you finish the bracelet with the triangle but you only want one colour as the border and not all the colours! Please help!

Well there are vids on it, for normal patterns Pattern and Craft has a single colored triangle ends video, but for alphas, Masha Knots and Alex's Innovations have tutorials.
