Unfortunately, you won’t be able to see it until it is either accepted or declined by a moderator

it takes up to 24 hours for your pattern to be accepted or declined by a moderator. if it is accepted you’ll see it on the site under “patterns.” if it is declined you’ll see it on the “create patterns” page and you can fix it as the moderator who declined it suggests in their note. 🙂

Once you've submitted your pattern, it needs to be reviewed by a moderator. It will either be accepted and show up on your profile, or declined and show up on your 'Create patterns' page.
