i don’t believe this pattern has a specific name, like chevron, candystripe, arrowhead, etc. but yeah i think herringbone pattern would be suitable since it’s in the keywords and it sorta looks like it

It's not the exact pattern you'd imagine but "double chevron" fits well in my opinion.

I've heard the singular version of it called "uneven chevron". I think you could call this one "double uneven chevron" or something like that.
