limit to submitting patterns

i am trying to get a pattern submitted and I have submitted it again twice. is there a limit on to how many times i can resubmit its?

So long as you are trying to fix whatever itโs being sent back for each time you can continue to resubmit. If you continuously submit your pattern without making any changes despite multiple declines, your pattern may be removed completely and not sent back.
