Distorted alpha pattern

I want to make an alpha pattern from a picture. My problem is that the picture is already distorted (because it's taken with a fish eye lense) so that means the alpha pattern won't get accepted because it's distorted. Does anyone have any advice for me how to get this to be accepted despite that? It got accepted on the first try but got deleted later :/The picture I want to turn into an alpha pattern is the album cover of the limited edition white cassette of the album Fine Line by Harry Styles. Maybe increase the dimensions slightly? The head at the top and the hand at the bottom are a little hard to tell what they are. But increasing the dimensions slightly might these details easier to distinguish? This pattern was discussed among the moderators, and we felt like it needs a little more tweaking.
