recently i decided to make an aphla pattern but its been declined due to the preview being vertical instead of horizontal, I've tried a few tips I've seen on here but nothing seems to be working. my pattern is 16 by 41 and I would like to keep it that way. can someone give detailed instructions on how to fix the preview of the pattern?

To make the preview upright, you have to draw the pattern upright in "draw alpha". This won't change anything about the pattern itself, but will make it easier to recognize the pattern. You don't need to change anything about the dimension. The dimensions will stay the same when you rotate the pattern.
