technically a book mark can be anything you want it to be. usually though, it just had to be on the longer side and if you’re wondering how to make the hole in it, valentina lenin had a tutorial on instagram, handmade lenin on youtube and i believe @fen_ or smth like that on bracelet book (it could be _fen)

A book mark can be made by many things, paper, are even string. Just make a bracelet design 👍. Make sure it is flat and has some sort of end

I usually make my bookmarks with watercolor and ofc paper but if you are referring to the bracelet type bookmarks, I totally recommend pattern #35648 for one it is SO cute for one and it’s on my todos!

Did a normal pattern with a loop (for example the starburst). Then they had a long twisted tie and did a larks head knot onto the loop, if that makes sense 😅
