@sunshine5 sorry, I'm not really sure how to explain it properly. I recommend you try to follow the pattern like a candystripe or chevron and adjust the knots you need to adjust.

@amwatsonHow to segment-knot pattern #55342: I recommend using the black v-shape as the start of your bracelet after the teardrop loop. The pattern consists of the following parts: - black x - triangles at the sides - square in the middle I would knot in the following order: top half of the x triangles on both sides in the following order: -small white triangles at the top -yellow line at the top -top half of red square -bottom half of red square -yellow line at the bottom -small white triangle at the bottom bottom half of the x Square in the middle in the following order: - red square at the top - yellow v at the top - top halves of white squares - bottom halves of white squares - yellow upside-down v - red square at the bottom I hope this makes sense 😄 |

could you please help me segment knot #26065 if that is possible to segment knot. in case this effects how you segment knot it, i was going to do a teardrop loop for the start but if that doesn't work then i'll just do ties instead (:

@danielle_3 here is how to segment-knot pattern #26065:This pattern is perfect for doing a teardrop loop and for segment knotting. I assume you already know how to do a teardrop loop. The order of the strings on the right and the left need to be mirrored. The white strings need to be at the edge and then you have a gradient going to the middle. This pattern is very similar to the chevron with only two small changes. Like the chevron I recommend knotting it in a v-shape. Take the leftmost string (white) and do a fb knot. Take the string you just knotted onto and make f knots towards the middle but stop before you do the last knot towards the middle. Take the left string of the two middle string and do a b knot onto the string you just knotted with. Take the rightmost string (white) and do a bf knot. Take the string you just knotted onto and make b knots towards the middle but stop before you do the last knot towards the middle. Take the right string of the two middle string and do a f knot onto the string you just knotted with. Now make any knot you want between the two string in the middle. |

Thank you for this, I don’t really understand segment knotting but everyone recommend it. So on pattern #35374 I have made a teardrop loop and gone all the way to row 11.
