Whenever I do straight edges on alpha bracelets the left side always looks super clean. It’s really straight and flat. But the right side is really bumpy and curves a lot. Is it the direction I’m pulling my knots in?

I You may be tying your knots to hard on the right side. You should also make sure you’re doing it correctly. @halokiwi has a tutorial on it in the tutorial section

You might have trouble typing backward knots, I suggest some practice on pattern #2. Then you can practice your backward knots and try another alpha...(try tying looser backward knots(

Hope this helps (I am trying to be super helpful to eventually become a moderator)

Make sure you’re tying two bf knots on each right edge and not just one

It's likely a difference in knot tension between the two sides. I've also found myself forgetting to do 2 bf or fb knots sometimes and that has caused a slight unevenness. When I've noticed that I've forgotten one, I'll just do 3 on the side I forgot to try and even it out. At the end of the day, you'll hardly even notice that one row has 3 instead of 2. 🙂
