@KoolKnots After you tie the overhand knot, tug on each string individually to tighten it

I am running out of a string on a bracelet that is not long enough to finish. Is there a way to extend the string?

on alphas how do you keep the endges the same color, like without strings wrapping around when there is a color switch next to the edge. if u look at my dream alpha i made (green background white and black smily dude) you will see black strings wrapping around the green at the edges. how does one get rid of those?

@GayLoser Using the flat alpha technique on an edge color switch causes the previous leading string to poke out the way you’re describing. For color switches on the last knot of a row, you should just do the normal color switching technique. Also I love your username😂

@mcan7 Yes, you can put in a new string the same way you’d add a new string to an alpha. Pull the string you want to replace up and behind the bracelet, tape the new string to your workspace, then just start knotting with the new string (or onto it) as if it’s already in the bracelet. Once you’ve done at least a few rows with the new string, you can turn the bracelet over and cut the excess string from the back of the bracelet. You’ll be able to see it sticking out in the back a little bit, but it won’t be noticeable from the front
