when starting an alpha with 38 + strings , the triangle ends method doesnt seem to work and looks untidy. How do you all start alphas with 38 or more strings. Thanks in advance 🙂 |

You could do a loop, multiple loops, multiple triangle ends, or just start in a straight line and tie the loose string into tassels after you finish the alpha. You could also cut 19 strings that are twice the length that you need your base strings to be, then attach them to a dowel/stick using lark’s head knots

I would make it into a wall hanging on a dowel. To attach base strings on a dowel all you have to do is make a larks head knot onto the dowel. 🙂
