How do you stop strings from fuzzing?

I got some thread some weren’t fuzzy and others were. Even though they were from dollarama I do not think it is why some were fuzzy. I want to know because I am out of black thread except for the black thread that is fuzzy and I need black for a space bracelet so any help or tips is appreciated.

My thread often gets fuzzy when I had it taped down to long. Normally it doesn't disturb my work. You could try and run your fingers across the whole thread you're using to flatten it and then just use it as normal. It should make the same size knots as a non-fuzzy thread.
