How do you tie the end to make it look like tassels? The ones in the keychain especially.

if the string you picked is on the right, do a backward forward knot 2x . if the string is on left, do a forward backward knot 2x

You can also just do overhand knots, which is what I did for #18579 if you want to look at my picture of it

Generally what I do is I just pair off strings equally like in groups of three or four and then I tie a knot onto them... it’s very simple
