Wonky alpha pattern #41347

Hey! I started making pattern #41347 for a book mark. There’s a lot of color changing in the first mandala section, because of the it’s looking a little wonky and not as neat and clean. What can I do to flatten it? How can I make it look better? Any ideas will be great🥰 |

hey! maybe try making sure you have it secured close to where you are working, maybe 1 or 2 rows up. also use the flat alpha technique! make sure each knot is secure while you are making it and dont tie your knots too tight. hope this helps!

Unless you don’t want to redo it can try using one of the color that has the most knots beside the background you can make those your base strings and tie with those onto the base string making sure it’s flush with the bracelet

The flat alpha technique really helps me, and you can also use the straight edges technique as well. Masha Knots has a video on both of those
