So I've just started making alpha bracelets recently, and it curves upwards and downwards. (If that makes any sense) I've only just started making them recently cuz I was scared it would take for ever or if run out of the string I needed.(But that's not the case so don't be like me!!!!!!) So I've always stuck with big keychains. Do you guys have any tips/tricks or reasoning why this happens? I think it might happen, because of the triangle end. I've seen it happen in my triangle end keychains. Thanks guys!

If the edges of the alpha are curving, try using the straight edge technique! Rather than leaving the edges as just forward or backwards knots, do forward backward knots for the right edges, and backward forwards knots for the left edges

I would say use the straight edges technique and make sure all your knots are even

Sorry I didn't make it clear enough!!! I love the straight edges technique and use it all the time. I guess you could say that it's like a wave.🌊 The whole thing curves up and down when it's supposed to be flat. I guess you could say that it's just not flat. I'm sorry it's hard to understand! Thank you though!! @tamarav03 @georgia_h

are you using the flat alpha technique? I tried it once and it made my bracelet so wonky :/

No I actually don't know that one, so I wouldn't know how it goes. @loonybin

ah then it may just be an issue with your knot tension?

Are you using the same brand of string for all of your knots? If you use different brands for your strings in an alpha bracelet they will produce differently sized knots and that can make it uneven

Thank you I'll try to make sure if I can do something about those two problems! If I get my alphas to look good after this you two will have solved all my bracelet problems!!! @loonybin @imcupcakes

Try and keep the tension/ tightness of the knots the same throughout 🙂
