I use the same brand of string for each bracelet, use the flat alpha technique, and make reasonably tight knots, however I noticed that the knots in my alphas look rectangular and end up making the final bracelet look distorted like someone stretched it. I recently tried the cherry alpha but my cherry was literally an oval and looks like a tomato. The pictures on the pattern have fine circular cherries. Someone please help me lmao.

It might be to do with the tension of your threads, both the base strings and the leading strings, but I'm not entirely sure

Itโs probably knot tension. Make sure the first half of your not is secured in place
