how do you create a bordered bracelet - candy stripe (for example)?? thanks!!!

On a normal pattern, you add two strings (one to either side) and do forward backward knots so they stay on the outside. I think it would be easier to understand through a video, so I recommend checking out kinsey b's youtube video titled "bordered chevron/candy stripe tutorial!".I hope this helps โค๏ธ |

there are a few tutorials on youtube but it is very simple! if you have a pattern, you add two strings, one on the left and on the right. this is the border color. every other row you make you should do a backward forward knot on the right and the opposite on the other side. hope this helps! |
