Hii, so I bought a string that makes the bracelet really fuzzy, any tips on how to eliminate it? The problem is the quality of the strings, no matter how careful I am knotting it always ends up like that.
Thanks 😜

I think I have the same type of string I haven’t really found a way but maybe try to knit the string so that it’s dragging on the other string

Yeah. Strings fray pretty easily, even good quality ones. I’d recommend buying more string (I use the Loops brand from Michael’s) or another thing. When you mess up and have to take out the knots, it makes the strings even more fragile cuz you’re like pulling them apart. My advice is just be careful and try to make less mistakes, but I realize that’s a lot easier said than done, so instead you could try this:really

**oops, my bad accidentally clicked enter. I mean, don’t use a safety pin to undo mistakes. A lot of people do, but it’s not good for the string so try and use your fingers and be gentle with it, then hopefully your strings won’t fray as easily. If it isn’t that, it may be cuz you’re doing your bracelets on a wooden table or something and it’s dragging across and rubbing, maybe do your string on fabric, or (I know this is probably bad for you, but) I’ve been taping bracelets to my skin for years, it’s just as good as any clipboard. Or use a water bottle, or something else, there’s a lot you could do
