Is there a correct way to tie a knot so they all look uniform? So when I tie them, I pull my string to the right because that’s my dominant hand that I’m pulling with. Should I be pulling straight up or is that ok?

i pull the leading string up, and the one i am knotting onto, firmly holding it down

pulling the leading string to the right shouldnt make your knots look any different. the only thing that would make you knots look different is tying them inconsistently. just make sure you tighten your knots the same amount and they should all look the same, no matter the type of knot.

I think you're supposed to pull forward knots up and to the right, and backward knots up and to the left. I'm not certain that always pulling to the right would make a difference, but I imagine it would.

@madeleine_ I guess that makes sense, kinda to help align the string. Thanks!

I make sure to always have the string i am knotting onto really tight so i can make that knot tight as possible.

By pulling it close to the bracelet you get a tighter cleaner knot also pull it slightly towards your dominant hand of else your knots might flip over
