How do y’all get your knots to look so neat and straight and perfect?? I seem to struggle with this!

make sure your bracelet is safely secured, i also like to make my knots really tight i usually give them an extra tug.

Practice makes perfect, with time you will find more knot consistency—it might be helpful to figure out how you like your knot tension (tight, loose, etc.) I personally like my knots to be tight. 😄

I used to make bracelets on my bed and my bracelets would ALWAYS turn out wonky. I then moved to a desk and now secure my bracelets with lots of tape. My bracelets have improved so much since then. I hope this helps!

@gaby_cal I’m guessing I should use more tape... I just clip it to the board and then just not add tape. So that may help. Thanks!

personally, watching masha knots real time knotting tips and tricks video really helped me make more consistent knots. just seeing the way that she knots and how tightly she knots and stuff like that, along with all of the tips and tricks that she gives in that video really helped me when I was first starting out.

make sure to make the first half of the knot right. tightening the second half actually doesn’t do much!

i used clip boards, tape, and pillows with safety pins for a while but now i’ll take a clip board and use a binder clip as i feel that secures it way more tightly and my bracelets have turned out way neater!
