How do you tie strings on your water bottle without tying a slip not and without doubling the strings?

I don't usually make my bracelets on a water bottle, but when I do, I usually take the body of the bracelet and slip it through the loop, creating a larks head knot. You can only do this on the lid though. You can also attach the bracelet using tape

I actually put the knot of the bracelet underneath the cap of my water bottle and close the bottle on top of it. It keeps it very sturdy and easy to work with. Tape works too!

i’ll tie the bracelet onto a hairtie and wrap that around the water bottle which helps me!

@effected I usually just loop it onto the cap, but that hair tie thing is so smart. I'm definitely going to try that!
