help with loops please

Hi! So I’m working on #37027 and I want to make a teardrop loop. I have the actual like loop part done, but the teardrop part is confused on. To make those, does the pattern need to be symmetrical? Like this pattern is not, so would I even be able to do a teardrop loop or should I just start the bracelet?

As far as ik, I think it has to be symmetrical

As for the loop, ik there is a video masha knots did on making loops, but with an uneven amount of strings so that might work for the different colors

Hello, I'm looking at the pattern and I don't know how your strings are currently positioned so i cant tell you exactly what to do, but try and draw a little triangle on the pattern itself and try to make the teardrop part from there. sorry if this response is confusing but i hope this can help a it!

If I was you, I would just start the bracelet and not do the teardrop part

@allierae54 @claireb627 so I looked at the video and she said it only really works with embroidery floss, and I’m using craft cord type string. So I’ll just tie a knot and start it! Thank you both for the help!!
